Road transport

The truck docks at the terminal, the goods are unloaded into the bonded warehouse; storage, handling and reloading all run under one roof.

Our terminal serves road vehicles as well as air cargo. Trucks are unloaded at our customs custody terminal inside Çorlu Airport, the goods are placed on the racks and held under customs supervision until clearance is complete.

No hours lost at the dock

Goods arriving by road are taken into our customs custody terminal. The vehicle docks, and six height-adjustable loading platforms, a telescopic conveyor that reaches inside the trailer, forklifts and pallet trucks get it emptied fast. The driver does not queue; your vehicle moves on.

Every piece is counted, weighed on the 10-tonne platform scale and checked for damage. Each item is assigned a rack location and entered into the terminal records: where it sits, how many days it has been waiting and what it has accrued in storage is visible day by day.

The journey of a road shipment through the terminal.

Entry and paperwork
The vehicle enters the bonded airport area through a controlled gate. Paperwork is handled at the customs directorate right next to the terminal building, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customs brokers sit in the same building, so nobody drives across town for a document.
Unloading
Six height-adjustable loading platforms, a telescopic conveyor that reaches inside the vehicle, forklifts and pallet trucks empty the trailer quickly.
Weighing and inspection
Weighing on the 10-tonne platform scale, piece count and damage assessment; cargo is passed through the X-ray where required.
Storage
Goods are placed at a rack location and held under customs supervision until clearance is complete. Storage is charged per day and tracked in the terminal system.
Release and loading
Once formalities are done the goods are loaded onto the vehicle. On request we arrange transport within Türkiye, to Eastern Europe and to the Middle East.

In road freight the difference shows up in how long the vehicle waits and how the goods are kept while they are with us. We measure both.

The right space for the cargo
Not every consignment waits under the same conditions. Cold room and deep freezer, the valuables vault, the DGR and radioactive chambers and the live animal area are each supervised separately.
Traceable piece by piece
Piece count, weight and condition are recorded on arrival and the goods are bound to a rack location. You can check the terminal status of your shipment at any time.
Never out of sight
51 cameras watching around the clock, cargo X-ray screening and trained security staff. The terminal and its surroundings are monitored without a break.
Transparent storage charges
Storage is calculated per day and tracked in the terminal system, so nothing surprising appears at release. We provide interim statements on request.
Customs and brokers under one roof
The customs directorate is right next door, open 24/7. Brokers, cargo agents and forwarders work from offices in the terminal building.
One party responsible
Acceptance, handling, storage, reloading and onward transport are run by a single operator. No hand-off between companies, so no divided responsibility.

Express cargo

Our express cargo authorisation covers road as well

The terminal is also authorised for goods carried as express cargo. Alongside consignments arriving by air, express cargo moved by road vehicles is accepted in the same warehouse, sorted, and released for distribution once customs formalities are complete.
